Icone Sweatshirt/Cardigan

Simple sweatshirt or cardigan with smart detailing: slightly curved raglan sleeves which soften the shoulder, ample hood with lovely interior touches.  Sweatshirt option can be with or without hood, and cardigan can be zipped or buttoned.  To be sewn either with an overlocker or with a lockstitch machine and twin needle.

Sewing level: Advanced Beginner

Fabric Suggestions: Medium to heavy knit fabrics. Try ponte, French Terry, or sweat shirting.

Notions: Bias, max. 180 cm (71″); open-end zip, 55 cm (21.7″); cord + eyelet (hood), max 115 cm (45″) + 2 eyelets, 8-10 mm (0.3″-0.4″); 7 jersey press-studs, 15 mm (0.6″).
