Domestic Shipping
We are based in Perth, Western Australia, and all parcels are shipped with Australia Post. We aim to post all orders within 24 hours.
We offer free standard tracked shipping on all Australian orders over $50. For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate of $8.95. We also offer express tracked shipping for a flat rate of $12.
Shipping on fabric samples is free. Fabric samples will generally be sent by letter post in order to reduce costs, and will therefore be sent without tracking. All other orders will be sent with a tracking number.
Depending on location, shipping times can vary. If you need your items by a certain date, please send us an email before placing your order.
International Shipping

For New Zealand:
Flat rate of $15
For Asia:

For the U.S. and Canada:

Returns
We want our fabrics and patterns to bring you as much joy as they bring us, so please feel free to ask us any questions before you place your order.
We make every effort to describe out products accurately. However, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as computer monitor settings) we cannot guarantee the colours of our fabrics as shown online.
Cut fabric cannot be returned. However, if there is a fault with the item or you have been sent the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund upon return of the item. Under these circumstances we will cover the shipping costs.
Patterns can be returned if unopened and in their original condition. The refund amount is for the items only and does not include the shipping cost.
